Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 July 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and your registration for the Astrum Medical Academy Peptide Therapy Masterclass (the "Course"). By submitting the interest form or attending the Course you agree to these terms.
1. Registration is an expression of interest
Completing the interest form does not guarantee a seat. Seats are limited to 12 healthcare professionals and are confirmed only once we have contacted you, verified eligibility, and payment has been received in cleared funds.
2. Eligibility
The Course is intended for UK healthcare professionals — GPs, specialists, advanced and prescribing nurses, and prescribing pharmacists — and for performance coaches working within a supervised medical framework. We reserve the right to decline a registration that falls outside this scope.
3. Fees, payment and cancellation
The current Course fee is £1,650 per seat. Full payment terms, invoice details and the cancellation and refund policy will be confirmed in writing when we contact you to confirm your seat. Until that written confirmation is issued no fee is payable.
4. Course content and CPD
The Course provides 6 CPD hours of structured learning. Content, faculty and timings may change for operational reasons; we will notify registered attendees of any material change as early as reasonably possible.
5. Medical and clinical disclaimer
The Course is educational. Nothing presented constitutes medical advice for an individual patient. Attendees remain solely responsible for their own clinical decisions, prescribing, and compliance with GMC, NMC, GPhC, MHRA and any other applicable regulatory obligations.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials — workbook, slides, protocols and templates — are the intellectual property of Astrum Medical Academy and/or its licensors and are provided for your personal professional use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or use them to teach third parties without prior written consent.
7. Recording
Audio, video, or photographic recording of the Course by attendees is not permitted without prior written consent.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising out of the Course is limited to the fees paid by you for that Course. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
